Password Reset

Hi
I am trying to reset my password for my Whispir account but I am seeing this error:

Only active accounts can perform a password reset.

Can you please reset my account. My username is: ahmedbhaila

    Your account is active. So you may visit https://app.whispir.it and use the "Need help signing in?" link on the login page.
